We are an outgoing, fun loving, friendly group and as such the social side of our Society is an important part. Our play rehearsals usually take place twice a week and will generally end up with the bulk of our cast and backstage crew chatting in the pub, until near closing time! Throughout the year we also get together at our local in Kilmacolm on the last Thursday of each month, congregating around 8.00pm. All are welcome and this allows both members and their partners to catch up on Society news, regardless as to how much or how little they are involved in current shows.
Each summer we hold an annual barbeque, regular quiz evenings take place, after show parties are held following each production, a Halloween get together is planned this year, plus we always hold a New Year celebration just after the festive period. All these events are great fun with plenty of laughter guaranteed. Members and their partners are invited to join us for all these events.
Occasional theatre trips, play readings, workshops and informal get togethers all add to our busy social calendar!
