Chosen to celebrate 70 years of KDS and 70 years since the end of WWII, we presented a hilarious and faithful rendition of the classic BBC series ‘Allo Allo’, subjecting large audiences to the predictably terrible French, German, English and Italian accents and slapstick humour. In the best tradition and the moment that always brought the most applause was Edith’s awful, out of tune, song and dance act! Veterans from Erskine Hospital enjoyed front row seats on the opening night and we were delighted to present them with a donation from the proceeds of the show.
